Wanda is the best. She has been my mail carrier for years. I adore her. I have an express package that was supposed to be delivered the 28th of June... it is July 15th. I am praying I get this package. Not Wanda's fault. This station is usually great! 5 stars for Wanda and this location as well.

It was the slowest USPS I've been to. Understaffed. But I'll give it 2 stars because the person did try to be nice.

Was treated rudely by the person on the phone when enquiring about not getting a package mailed out when I requested pickup, and they state that no longer pick up a item at your door in an apartment complex.

Station manager is the rudest person in the company. Gave me attitude because the post office failed to redeliver my package. I called trying to figure out where it was, she lied to me, gave me attitude and then hung up on me. Wouldn't answer the phone when I called back several times from several different phone numbers. Said that they couldn't redeliver my package and that I had to go pick it up from the post office, then as about to leave to go to the post office the mail carrier shows up with my package. Also let me know that the station manager is rude to everybody, and people complain about her all the time. This lady needs to be demoted. She should not be a manager in customer service.
