There is nowhere to park nearby. I ran half a mile to get to my appointment on time. The passport officer was 10 minutes late. She told me their camera is broken and I have to get a photo somewhere else. She demanded a bunch of info that was not required according to form DS-11.

Don't book passport appointment with this office. I had very bad experience. 40 minutes commute and 10 minutes in line with baby and here after that " you need to schedule new appointment", making me cry(

The lady at the passport counter is super helpful and courteous. Just know that they do not do infant/baby passport photos here, even though USPS.com indicates that they do. Also parking is a hassle - try to park near O’connor as Google maps indicates or find regular parking on Tresidder parking lot.
