Customer Service Review. We called 20/4/21 at 10:34, no one was in the office cause they were doing a tour (understandable) so we left a message w. someone. No call back. Then tried calling twice more later in the day, no answer. I’m a stickler for doing the job at least decently and the fact that no one called back all day was a no for me.

I lived here when it was newly built and left this year. My partner and I didn’t have a great experience. After you look past the aesthetics of the apartment you’ll see the problems: - The apartments look nice but are were built with bad quality. - The community complains about every little non-issue. - They upcharged a lot after lease was up which is why a lot of people who were living there left one after another. - Li High are literally a bunch of thieves. They will try to get as much money from you even if it means spiking you rent by $300, enforcing a $1500 buy-out fee, or giving bs fees after you move. I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here especially because it’s just Lancaster. No reason to deal with this joke of an apartment/management when there are more affordable options all around the area.

A nightmare experience from start to finish. First, you are REQUIRED to pay a $300 deposit just to apply for residency. The deposit is nonrefundable after 72 hours, and it takes that long to process your application, so keep in mind you'll lose $300 plus fees just applying. Then, once you're accepted, you'll be pressured to sign the lease on the apartment sight unseen, and if you ask to see the unit they'll show you whatever's open; in my case an apartment less than half the size of the one I'd applied for with completely different layout, details and location. They refuse to show you a unit if it's occupied (would you ask someone to buy a house just like that, without seeing it? Of course not, you'd warn the current resident that you're showing the house to the new buyers. This isn't a new concept.), and continually pressure you to sign a 13-month lease on a space you won't get to even see until the day you move in. I may have lost my deposit, but I definitely dodged a bullet if that's how these people operate. Absolutely backwards.

Is there outdoor pool and do units have private outdoor space

There is no outdoor pool, however you can use the outdoor pool at Green Field estates for an extra $200 (I believe) a year. Estates is across the field, like a 2 minute walk. You do have an outdoor patio that's yours - not huge but a pretty standard porch / patio. I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes so far - this is the best one by far.
