I ordered here tonight. They have great customer service skills and are very polite. But they need to fix their food quality, being as though it taste like it's been thrown on the floor a couple times and been cooked in the box right after. But to no avail I see the potential.

Our order didn't taste good, we ordered half cheese and half pepperoni pizza, veg pizza, bread sticks and BBQ pizza was horrible. My family didn't eat even half the food we ordered. Money wasted this time...

The order was cancelled and then when I called to see why the order was canceled the manager (Trevor) said with no remorse, “we do not have food.” I responded so then “I’m just going starve?”. To which he replied we do not have food to give you. Then I questioned “you are a pizza establishment with no pizza?” To which he then replied “There’s plenty other options and they have been delayed for three days.” And then he hung up on me.

Online app said it would take 32 minutes when I ordered at 10:17pm. 32 minutes after ordering they started “quality checking”. 45 minutes later they were still doing that. Called them, took 5 minutes for someone to answer, and they told me it would take another hour for it to be delivered. Nobody wants to wait over 2 hours for a pizza that’s been sitting out for over an hour and a half at that point.
