Very helpful and knowledgeable. They do free testing , of certain parts, on your vehicle. Always have parts in stock, but if they don’t , can usually get it by next day. Prices are reasonable.

Okay I'm gonna be honest with this one. For the longest times I hated the place. Wrong parts snarky and very rude people. 😒 but as of late I began going in again. Staff had an overhaul and very kind and caring with customers. Right parts and even walked out to help me try to find the problem I was having. They redeemed themselves in my book. Great job guys!

I feel tooken advantage of and they kept my money that I should have been given back during an exchange/refund. I went in to get one single light bulb for my headlight and the lady gave me the wrong part I paid around $27 for 1 as they said the cheapest one was not available. Once I found out it was the wrong part I took it back in and spoke with a man at the front desk about needing a different one. He then found the right light bulb for me which was the cheaper brand. As I was getting a Refund/exchange I assumed I would get money back as the one I was getting was cheaper than the original one I bought. As he was giving me back my ID he scanned the new light I was getting and I saw a quick price pull up of about $17.99. It quickly disappeared off the screen and he looked at me and said looks like it was even exchange even though I should have gotten about $10 back and then did not give me a receipt. I did not have the time I was quickly running out as a friend was helping me change the light bulb. I'm frustrated that I can no longer trust this location or their employees. Curious to see if anybody else has experienced the same issue Or if the owner or manager will even attempt to reach out to me to resolve this issue.
