The owner is such a sweetie!! My dogs love visiting them, which makes me feel 10x more comfortable leaving them. They treat my dogs like their own and I'll forever be grateful for them!!!

The owner is insulting and defensive. The grooming of my dog was adequate but the misleading appointment times is unreasonable. Waiting 5 hours for a simple trim and lack of customer service following was really unprofessional. A dangerous dog was scheduled the same time as my dog and my dog was traumatized by this grooming. I should have been notified so I could pick up my dog instead of having to wait until that dog was finished. Any feedback to this business is met with insults and rude remarks. I do not recommend.

PUPCAKES is absolutely the best place in the PNW to take my fur babies. The staff are amazing, they are kind, and they believe the care of the animal comes first. Every time I go in with my babies the staff knows us by first name and my dogs are so excited they complete forget I'm there. Lol. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and their dedication. They even work with cats and rabbits. Their love and care of my babies is priceless. Thank you Pendleton PUPCAKES!

Absolutley loved the spa treatment given to my cat. They work at the pet's tolerances.... and have a special room dedicated to cats to minimize stress. Sasha's highlights glow.

As of now, our base price is $65. That includes: nails, ears, anal glands, 2 facials, 2 shampoos, cream rinse, blow dry, pre & post bath brush outs and haircut. If she is matted, tangled, or you want a specialty cut such as Asian Fusion, it could be more.
At this time we are not offering obedience training. We hope to make this available again in the future.

All packages do include: 2 facials, 2 shampoos, cream rinse, nail trimming, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, blow dry, and pre & post bath brush outs. If you could please provide the breed and weight of your pup I can give you an accurate quote. Also, if your pet is long haired I would need to know if it’s matted or not. Nail clippings are a walk-in service offered Tuesday-Saturday each week from 7am-6:30pm. No paperwork is required for nail trims. :)

Hello! Yes, we have a selection of sweaters, jackets, and hooded sweatshirts that would fit your pup. They range in price from $9.99-$19.99. We’re opened Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00am-5:00pm for retail sales.
