Bought a new Keystone Hideout April 2021. Overall we’re happy with it. Our dealer, Bluedog RV, has been waiting several months for Keystone to respond to warrantee claims. Help! We need our brand new RV repaired. Update April 12, 2022. BlueDog RV in Pasco, Wa did receive all the parts needed and performed the repairs under warranty.

We've had a multitude of problems with our RV, refrigerator has been replaced 3rd time in 6 months, same model with different issues. The water heater didn't work on electric, our convertor went out, we had a slide cable malfunction causing us to be stuck for 2 1/2 weeks in the middle of no where while we waited for a mobile repair service to help us. Fireplace just decided to stop working, and Customer Service initially was responsive, but now they just don't return our voice mails or emails. It is a brand new 2021 Keystone Montana. I have had the trailer(2017 Aerolite 282DBHS) for 10 months and it’s been in the shop for 122+ days. Some of the issues I can remembers are: -Slide motor went out -Water leaking into rear door and getting under Lino flooring -water leaking into storage area -separation of underflooring(keystone acknowledges the issue but won’t fix it) -dvd player shuts down randomly -grey water tank flooding underbelly -countless trim issues -sofa needed replaced -microwave didn’t work -cracks in roof sealants -rear door(under bunks) not sealed against wall -plumbing leaks I’m sure I’m forgetting a few. The customer service is poor. They don’t care about their customers as soon as you leave the lot.

There are none! Masks are only worn by everyone when safety walks are done (which has been three times) No social distancing guidlines. The thermometers do not work properly. They do not care if you're sick, your job is still at risk if you do not show up to work. No sanitization for any equipment, door handles, tables, etc. Nothing at all has been enforced on any of the employees working here to protect them, their well being and their families. At the beginning of January 33 people in one building caught covid 19 and returned to work after their quarantine date ended regardless of any symptoms they had or any relative family that had been exposed. If you missed work for family or personal illness, you get occurrences and could lose your job. (You are fired on your 7th occurrence) Their Hazard pay is a $125 added to their weekly production bonus but can be taken if you miss a day, are late or leave early for any reason. Regardless of being ill.

Call keystone and ask for parts and sevice
We cannot do direct sales. You would have to go to a RV dealership or through a company that sells parts.
You should have a switch inside the roadside front luggage compartment to control those lights.
