I Vape. I buy my supplies at BigSmoke. Except... They never stock the vape juices I like for more than a few months. Always switching to Cheaper (nastier) product. Don't buy a Vape Pen there. They won't stock the replacement parts and they change inventory so you have to buy a different unit way too often. I bought a vape kit two weeks ago. The reservoir cracked and there is no replacement part available. They told me I'd have to buy another kit. I told them I spent $75.00 and don't want to do it again. I was offered NO Customer service what so ever. The HERMISTON store is top notch by comparison. I like to support the local businesses but I'm going to have to buy online. Big Smoke you disappoint me greatly.

great prices, nice looking humidor, needs to adjust humidity the cigars are to dry. however the selection is awesome.
