This circuit court and the female teller they have working the phone apparently feels like they speak for the whole of the State of Oregon. It's due to this rudeness of staff and their self appointed power that I will not be returning to bring any of my tourism money to this state.

Yes. At this time the Governor’s “pause” does not affect the courts. We are operating with reduced numbers of people in courtrooms and with mandatory social distancing. Face coverings are mandatory to enter the building.

Call the court at 541.278.0341. They will be able to assist you. For copies of a document go to courts.oregon.gov, select Umatilla Circuit Court, and follow links for requesting a document. There will be a fee for actually getting the copy by email or mail.
