Service was good... Wait wasn't too long.... The employees were friendly and they weren't pushy about their additional services. Updated.... Have been here two more times same this review still stands. They are sometimes pretty busy and I have just passed by and come back at another time. I have found afternoons better. Seems most people like to get out early.

I've been taking my vehicles here for a little over a year. I had finally gotten to the point where they knew my truck. 55-80 psi in the tires(not 35 like they first tried😬) and to leave my k&n air filter alone..don't take out. They also had notes about my engine tap and to swap 1 quart of oil for lucas. (Which the tap goes away. Our regular mechanic has found nothing...it's a Ford 🙄). Well, today after waiting over 45 minutes to pull into the bay a man walked by and said there's a tap. I told the girl I know, should be in the notes. She explained they probably wouldn't be able to do the oil change. Wait, WHAT?! So she scans my truck, and asks my mileage. Apparently, because I went 9000 miles on full synthetic oil and waited until my sensor popped on(which we have set to alert when we drop below 100%, not any lower) that they wouldn't do my oil change. Excuse me? So because I choose when to bring my vehicle in for a service you will now no longer change my fluids? I have been bringing all 3 vehicles to Valvoline (was 4) for over a year now to take pressure off of my husband and I. No problem. You've lost our family's patronage and I'll be sure to let everyone know not to waste their time.
