Staff is friendly and personable. They offer auto refill that goes off of how much oil you have left. This system seems to be very accurate. You also get a discount when you are signed up. Firefighters also get a discount! I've spoken with the drivers and they are all friendly despite it being a pain to get to the oil fill at my house. They have to unsecure a dog pen (if I'm not home), and every time they resecure it how I had it. That's above and beyond!

Quick response, friendly staff that I interacted with. However, they did NOT inform me they were putting a hold of almost twice the amount on my card, and when I called I was told it will reverse the next day -"should be" was the answer on that. At the least I think people should be informed of this hold prior to doing so.

I've used Firehouse for many years now. They have competitive oil pricing, speedy delivery and outstanding customer service, not to mention fantastic service technicians. On a chilly December afternoon, I lost heat in one of my zones. Before I could blink, Dave was in front of my furnace diagnosing the issue. He was able to call in a favor to get the replacement part that night as the store that had it was closed. Dave had my heat restored right as the chilly night was settling in, but I was warm again inside. Don't hesitate to give these good folks your business. You won't be disappointed.

These guys are great! I used to shop around for the best cash price but they always had it so I don't shop anymore. They are prompt reliable and courteous. They also have an extremely knowledgeable guy who does furnace repair and yearly maintenance. This guy diagnosed an issue with my furnace that no one could figure out!
