Here's a tip: find the local post office direct tel number and talk to them first about what you are looking for when you visit them. 5 solid stars for the help this Burlington office (George Washington Turnpike) provided me after we moved into their town, over multiple transactions with them. I had a passport appointment scheduled on 3/15. When I arrived, the woman at the counter said “you could have done this yourself, you didn’t need an appointment.” I told her the reason I was there is because I was not sure if I had done everything correctly and I specifically made an appointment to be assisted in process. She handed me an envelope and told me to fill it out outside and come back when I am done. She did not help me at all. I even had to ask her if I had filled out the form correctly, to which she responded that I had. Come to today, a month later, I receive an email from the National Passport Center, stating that I need to redo my entire application because I sent in the wrong form. I have a trip planned in a couple of weeks, and now I am unsure if my passport will even arrive in time. I am extremely upset with the rude, unprofessional, lacking-in-knowledge services at this location. I had made an appointment for a reason and walked out that day uncertain that I had even gone through the process correctly since I was not helped whatsoever. I will likely be filing a formal complaint.

We moved here in August 2020. We have had multiple issues with the post office. Our current post man is like the post man from Funny Farm. He throws mail, breaks mailboxes, won't stop if the flag is up for outgoing mail. Most recently, two packages have gone missing from their office. Their excuse is "it's covid, we have lots of packages." I'm sorry that's you JOB!!!! Deliver the mail. Also messing with the mail is a federal offense. Guess it doesn't apply for this stellar crew. The Post Master General is one of the most disrespectful people I've ever had to deal with, Paul Lamontagne. My Uncle worked for the post office for 40 years. After the experiences I've had with this office, I have completely lost faith in our USPS. Stealing packages, throwing mail, breaking others mailboxes... They should be ashamed of themselves!

Wouldn't recommend. Made an appointment for our family of 6 to get our passports done. We receive numerous text messages and emails confirming and reminding us of our appointment. So we get up early on our only day off, get all 6 of us ready and out the door on a Saturday morning, show up on time and are told, "Sorry, we don't have anyone here who can do your passports. You can go to Unionville." I ask if Unionville will honor our appointment that we had in Burlington and am told yes. I don't quite buy this so we call Unionville on our way there. Guess what, they were not able to honor the appointment. So, a total waste of time.
