I think since buying this place almost 10 years ago has been for the most part a good thing. It has been a learning curve for everyone. I have been here 32 years and seen a lot. I was involved since the purchase started. I have been on the board. Many committees and have gone door to door. These are all volunteer positions. BOD is voted in by us the members. There is an annual meeting that covers the next year's budget repairs/ replacements. We are involved in approving these things. This is like a million dollar cooperation. Things run smoothly most of the time. And we do get guidance. There is very little I would change....Linda

Sometimes units go for auction and if purchased you could take out and replace with new home. Condition on background check and membership acceptance. Owner must occupy. Or there are some for sale at times ready to move in.
445 was the old fee. As stated above taxes and water boosted it $50 more a month
They don't rent mobile homes. Owner occupied only.
Not much of one 🤣🤣
There are usually homes for sale. Right now I am no longer on the board so I can't tell you where they are all located. You can do a search on any realtor website for mobile homes in Exeter, NH. There are sometimes old homes that are for auction. You may be able to contact the park office to find out more information.
I live in this park, and it is ok. There is also a nice over 55 park down the street called Exeter River Landing MHP.
