I live in Az, wanting to move back home again after 40 years away. I am looking into mobile home parks in Exeter as my daughter lives in Kensington, close by. Do you have anything available? Are there any for sale by owners?

I live in this park, and it is ok. There is also a nice over 55 park down the street called Exeter River Landing MHP.

This is a community owned park. So yes you would be dealing with the owner. I live in the park and yes there are a few available. The one right across the street from me will be going on the market soon. You can also go on their website. There is 2 other parks in town. Both very nice. Hayes Park is privately owned and Deep Meadow. I believe that is 50#. It may be 2 parks I'm thinking of tho. They r off the same st as this co-op. Be sure to check those out also. Hope this helps. 😀
