I called to make a reservation whice i thought was the rightprocedure, they lady that picked up was so rude and unpleasant on the phone. All my questions were not answered,and she hangup the phone on me. Thinking the line dropped ,I called back ,the moment I started talking, she told me I have problems and hang up.

We had a bad experience with another inn nearby and this young man and older woman were able to accommodate us last minute. They made an exception for us after we told them what we had experienced. We will definitely go back just for the customer service !!! The room seemed pricier than what it should have been, but the room was comfortable for a motel and we were satisfied.

Very good experience, and plenty of parking space. Good place to drop off luggage and head to the beach! Staff was very polite and asked me what I needed every morning.

The front desk man was so kind and the rooms were clean. He had coffee made in the morning and made a point to come and tell me while it was hot and fresh. He also gave me biscuits and let me stay a little past check out to get my suitcases packed properly. They are a little expensive, but they make up for it in kindness and compassion. I would stay again!!!! Thank you!!
