Good bagel. Too much butter. Jelly next time

Definitely "not just bagels". Just picked up 2 breakfast sandwiches and both had hair baked into the bread. I'm not an expert, but mine looks like animal hair. The other half had more but i threw it out. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. Avoid.

Woman behind the counter was extremely rude, and our order was completely wrong. Cream cheese on bagels that were ordered with butter, and globed on when it was specifically asked to be lightly buttered. Never going here again.
