Unfortunately we cannot use a picture of your id to notarize your documents. We can however use two people that know you as credible witnesses. Both people will need current government issued id.
Since our services are mostly mobile you will need to make an appointment. For fastest service you can schedule an appointment directly from our website https://acmenotary.as.me/ or you can give us a call. Same day appointments are available even if the time you need does not show.
Yes we do offer signings that are in detention facilities. We have a base fee of $150 which includes travel to the facility and one hour of time. Please give us a call so that we can make arrangements to notarize your important documents.
Yes we offer mobile live scan and ink fingerprinting services at no additional cost within a five mile radius. We do offer mobile service throughout the SF Bay Area at an additional cost depending on group size and location. Please contact us for details.
Yes we can help you get your document notarized using audio and visual technologies. We have access to notaries in all 50 states. We can facilitate a notarization utilizing your smart phone, tablet or computer. This process if called Remote Online Notarization or RON. We can setup an appointment at a convenient time for you. Please contact us directly for more information and what is needed to complete your request.
We offer expedited apostille services and can get your document back to you usually within a week. Due to the delays at the Secretary of State's office we cannot guarantee the timing of the return of your documents.
Yes we offer virtual notarizations. If your relative has a current ID and a smart phone we can help. We offer remote online notarizations (RON) for all those situations.
The price of the live scan depends on many factors. Which agency is requesting the fingerprints and for what purpose the fingerprints will be used. Our rolling fee is $36 which includes travel to your home, office or other venue with in a 10 mile radius. Agency fees range anywhere from $0-$87. We provide the best value if you take advantage of our mobile service.
Yes we offer Live Scan Fingerprinting and Ink Fingerprinting (FD-258 Cards). We also offer FBI DOCE fingerprinting.
Yes we offer apostille services and will notarize your documents for use outside of the United States. We have three levels of service. Mail, Standard and Expedited depending on how fast you need the documents back to you.
