Great service for a tire order and change. Tire ordered and available the next day and they managed the very full schedule of jobs to fit me in early morning and get me back on the road. Called at 8:30am about availability to plug a tire. Was told to come in at 10am to avoid waiting over an hour. I arrived at 10am and explained I had called ahead and made an appointment. Guy at the desk looked like I had two heads. He told me there was no way I would be out of there in less than an hour and half. Ended up canceling and went down the street to a competitor who had me in and out in 15 minutes.
