So so much better to deal with than NYEzpass. They won’t make you bankrupt over simple mistakes. And if you have a problem the staff are really helpful and kind. Using a pass is cheaper and faster- it’s the way to go.

We had a fine experience ordering and picking up a new EZpass. The two women were courteous & helpful, even when nearing end of their Friday work day. Sadly, the process requires that you to fill out a paper form, hand write credit card info TWICE on same form, just to have her enter it into the computer moments later. Isn't EZPass suppose to be the future? Why are we doing things like it is 1988?!

No you do not! You can walk in anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday. Check the website for any storm related closures!
You can, but the device belongs to you. We do not reuse them as the batteries are not replaceable. If you want to close your Maine E-ZPass account, I suggest you contact customer service and they can tell you your options for disposing of your device. 1-888-MTA-PASS. Thank you!
No worries a lot of people make the same mistake You can just go ahead to the Turnpike Authority on business day and pay the fee Or just wait to receive a bill in the mail, then pay it a one time thing may just cost $9-15 f ee and in some cases its exempt Enjoy ur Weekend
