Our experience with AJ and Tim from Skillful Home was amazing. In February, we were looking for a spa that'd offer a bunch of specifics and had settled on trying out Bullfrog. Hunting around, we came across Skillful Home as a dealer and made an appointment to check things out. It was great - they privately ran through a bunch of factors with us and clearly knew the ins and outs of each option. They recommended we come back for a "wet test" of an Bullfrog A8L that they have in a private room, and we did that the following week. They were very accommodating, allowing us to have the room to ourselves without any kind of salesy pitches at all - throughout, they were very good about letting us reach our own choices without pressure (which is the opposite of some other places we'd visited). We purchased a Bullfrog A8 with them in February. AJ and Tim communicated timelines clearly, kept in touch during the order process, and included several features that normally would've been upcharges to make sure we'd have a great experience with our new tub. Their delivery guys came right on time the morning of delivery and worked around a challenging hill and set of hedges to get the tub installed. Despite it raining during delivery, they did an excellent job taking their time positioning the system and giving us a full rundown of how to fill, do initial treatment, etc. I'd highly recommend Skillful Home for purchasing a spa. They have great products, a fantastic shopping experience, consistent communication, generous pricing, and ultimately an all-around solid experience for a big purchase.

Truly a wonderful buying experience. I came in looking for an upgrade to my pool cute, and I came out with exactly what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was able to test out many cues on their fantastic table until I found the one that fit me. They have a large price range, all the way from house cues to some really fantastic Predators. Their selection of tables, balls, accessories, and (oddly enough) how time was all fantastic. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

From the start Tim and AJ were very helpful and knowledgeable. I love the fact it was a no pressure sales experience. Very relaxed, low key. A real pleasure. The install crew Tony, Joe and Ian are the best. They bent over backwards to get our new J400 installed in a very challenging location. I hate to admit this, but I am not the easiest customer to please, but the guys at Skillful Home Recreation made me a raving fan. We spent our money with the right local company. They made us feel like we got a good deal and they backed it up with excellent install service and customer service. Jacuzzi is a well known quality brand that is sold and serviced by one of the best companies I have done business with period. Thanks to everyone at Skillful This is not a paid endorsement.

When we bought our Jacuzzi tub through Skillful Home Recreation we really appreciated the very knowledgable staff and extensive showroom. We weren't sure what size tub and what features we wanted when we went into the showroom. While in the showroom, we were able to look at the many tubs on display and most importantly, try out a tub in a private room! It helped us to determine what seating arrangement and jets we really wanted in our own tub. The staff helped us through the decision process and was very supportive during the installation at our home. We had a Skillful employee with us during the installation and initial filling of the tub, helping us to start the chemicals and get the water balanced. Now my family uses the tub 5-6 nights a week. It is a wonderful place for us to catch up and talk to each other without technology getting in the way. Thank you Skillful for a wonderful experience purchasing the tub and for a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable place to be with my family.
