I've been doing business here since the late 90s. I've had many great experiences here with many of the different employees. After a person has been there for awhile, it's like going in to see friends. I've never had a bad experience in hundreds of deposits.

Well, where to start... KSB has some serious things they need to improve. Some positive things, though, would be the online banking (it's easy to navigate around, basic and straight forward), there is no minimum you need to keep in your account at any time, so that's a big advantage. Some disadvantages, at least from my experience, would be: about 97% of the bank tellers are rude and snobby, they give you an attitude any time you need to speak with them. Taking a loan out is pretty much only possible if you have flawless credit, unless you have a cosigner. They are late with account balances, so I'm constantly rechecking the next day to see if it's been updated. And I'm usually always having small quantities of money missing from my account that doesn't seem to get replaced. Overall, 2/5 stars is what I believe is a fair grading for them. I would suggest banking elsewhere unless you are a teenager who just needs a place to cash your check.
