I’ve visited a few indoor storage facilities just shopping around. The Shilo Springs location for Storage of America was the most well kept facilities I’ve been in. (Didn’t of course see them all) It makes me feel comfortable leaving my personal items, and safe while there at the unit. Ps: to help the on-site team with keeping up the maintenance, it would be helpful for them to have a floor scrubber, considering the size of the place and how well they currently keep it, a ride on floor scrubber would make they’re job much easier.

I have the biggest unit they have i think its the 200 dollar one a month i had a 2 story 3bdrm and its all in there.
Contact the Trotwood Office and speak to the General Manager. If it cannot be resolved in the office, the G.M. will forward the complaint to upper management.
