Mark did a great job giving us a tour! He was super friendly and made sure to show us all of the amazing features of this property. This community is well maintained and right in the heart of downtown—with lots of businesses and restaurants within walking distance. It is very close to the train so we were concerned about noise. However a train went by on our tour and we could barely hear it. Everyone working is the leasing office is great. We met Brenda, Glenn, Mark, and Debbie and they’re all equally awesome. Overall we loved it and have NOTHING negative to say. This place already feels like home 🏡

The leasing team and management team are phenomenal! There is so much in a name, and here at Woodmont Metro, you are not just a unit number you are recognized as an individual.The staff take the time out to personally get to know their residents and family. Debbie, Glen, Brenda maintenance, you guys are awesome and we absolutely could not call our place home without including you all in the bigger picture! Keep up the the great work!

I don't know who this person is that stating there is weed being smoked but he or she is delusional. This is a wonderful community of respectable families and Metuchen is a charismatic and up and coming town to live in. Yes there are affordable housing Apts available for low income families.
No, the rent is at a set price. The monthly rent is determined by the market demand/vacancy rate . However when you fill out an application, they will consider your income. They will use this to determine if you can afford their rent . Plus hefty"amenity fees" and other hidden fees
The one closest to Whole Foods is 99 New Street.
