Coming from the hospital, family member had a procedure and was in lots of pain. We were on line like 10 mins before closing. When it came to our turn, it was 3 mins past and the person greeted us but would not take our script which was ordered by the hospital. And said they already closed. We tried to explain the hospital ordered it before and should be on the system. We pleaded we were on line before closing but they would not listen. If we were on line they could of at least told instead of us having to wait. It was a horrible experience, seemed like the pharmacy did not even care. I don't review often, but my family went through a lot and we were on line prior to closing. This is the closest pharmacy to me but will never go back.

Worst pharmacy and horribly long waiting times. Even with absolutely no crowd it’s easily a minimum of 30 minutes wait here. I called three times and no one will answer. If they do, they put you on hold and not get back at all. I was promised a typhoid prescription and went in to pick it up. Pharmacist technician made me wait 39 minutes. Entered the wrong details and she says “you have to come back. I did it wrong. And now it’s lunch time.” I’m never using this pharmacy again.

I've been going to this Walgreens for over a year now as I live in the area. Employees are usually very polite and respectful. Recently there has been a woman named Rosalie ROSALIE as cashier. She's very rude, impolite and acts as if she's annoyed to be there and annoyed at you for being there. I tried pushing my items closer to her on the counter of which she sternly said "IT'S FINE ITS FINE" with such DISDAIN. She's always looking down she doesn't look at you at all. Any way I said hello three times before she said anything to me. Basically she was trying to ignore me. She's very rude and curt. I don't know what her problem is, most of the cashiers I've ever had here were very nice. I'm not even looking for someone to be over the top nice, just POLITE. Anyway I wanted to make sure I put her name on here so Walgreens knows what kind of people they have working in their store. Hopefully something will be done. Maybe a warning or something I've worked retail as a cashier and you cannot be that impolite or rude to people because then your store gets complaints like this one.

The worst location I’ve ever visited, staff is careless, they see customers cutting the lines (that already takes 20 minutes always) and if you complain about people cutting the line the staff just let the customers argue and literally says that they weren’t paying attention on the lines. You are there in pain just wanting your medication, stuck in huge waits and still have to deal with that.
