Visited the new location in Edison. The flavors got us close to our home state - Maharashtra. Vada Pav, Boneless Fish and Surmai Fry are a must try. The food is not very spicy. I would give this place 4*'s but this place is grossly understaffed and we had to wait for a long time for our main course and bill too :-). Give this place a try if you like indian food - you will get a taste of Maharashtrian cuisine which is different.

Best Marathi food! We loved everything at this restaurant, everything was just perfect, great service, friendly staff, good food portions. We tried many things from the menu, everything was super good. Definitely can rely on the taste, it won’t disappoint!

I was craving for this food since so long. Finally I feel so good after trying it. I think we tried almost everything from the menu. Service was pretty quick. We tried bombil fry (Bombay duck fry) it was really fresh and good. Misal Pav was average. Kombdi Vada was good. Surmai platter and Promfret platter were really good. One good thing about the platter meals they serve here is you’ll get the fish/meat you order plus chapati (roti), rice , rassa (fish curry), sol kadhi (kokum kadhi) and gulab jamun as dessert. It’s a complete meal even though it would be expensive it’s worth trying. We also tried goat platter and Puran poli for which I do not have pictures. In all it was a good experience. If you have never tried these food items you must visit this place.

I ordinarily stay away from spicy foods. I asked that they not use any pepper or other very spicy items. The Waiter was very helpful in assisting me find dishes they consider MILD. My brother was with me. He makes Indian food at home. He said this place is among the best, I agree. No reservations needed, but it can get quite busy at dinner so the earlier the better. I thank the waiter who guided me what to eat. Highly recommend.

Good measures, very limited indoor door seating well seperated from each other and servers wearing masks and sanitation stations available as well.
