Sorry but I will never go back to this establishment. they had 5 people working and took 15 minutes to acknowledge us. We order a pink drink. took another 10 minutes. Theres was 1 person in front of us. 35 minutes for 1 drink!

Worst decision of the day was coming here to pick up my fave treat. Now, even tho this is a white mocha, it shouldn't actually be this white. It tastes like sweet milk. Definitely missing something... I wonder what?🤔 I thought maybe they used different products but the taste would be the same. But no, it's just f'd up. Didnt taste it until I got on rt 1 and wasnt going back for a refund. But I will have time tomorrow, and will be back with the beverage in tow.

I removed 1 star just to warn people do NOT ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS. Your drink will arrive leaking with more liquid in the bag than in the cup. Having said that, I am a loyal customer to this location. People who give 1 star clearly don’t know what it’s like to work in a fast paced and understaffed environment with demanding customers and complicated orders. They’re doing the best they can, people. I’ve had to wait a while in the drive thru so tip: order on the app then pick up inside, it’s usually a little faster or at least you can wait to pick up your order until it’s actually ready. I had a wonderful experience today with a newer employee- didn’t catch his name but he had some blackout tattoos and an awesome mullet. My order was wrong and even though it was hectic and overcrowded he was very polite to me, he even took the time to apologize and tell me to have a good day. It may not seem like much but it was crowded and chaotic and he could have tossed the drink my way and walked off. I appreciate the courteous attitude very much. This is one of the only times my order was wrong too. I am begging you one star reviewers to have more compassion. If it’s too busy and you’re complaining about the wait, order ahead or invest in a coffee maker.

Drinks are good sometimes and employees are nice. However, they are severely short staffed and cannot seem to retain employees. I understand that Covid makes operating difficult but taking 20-25 min per car is absurd.Having efficient notices warning customers of the current circumstances is not that hard to display. Corporate needs to desperately help this location. If you have to be somewhere within 30-50 min do not waste your time with this location because it’s almost a guarantee you will be waiting for an abnormally long time.
