Eddie and his crew are some really great guys, I was in need of brakes really bad, of corse I waited till the last second. This was my first time here so trust was a big issue but everyone at Firestone was friendly and welcoming. They walk me over to my car explained and showed me the damage that I was done riding with bad brakes and what they could do to help me. I was very satisfied and left with that brand new car feeling.

Very very poor experience with this store at 70 parsonage Ave Edison nj. If there is negative rating, I would have given -1. I came for bartery replacement of my Honda Civic. Took two days. First day I came to collect my car on their call, I was told that the fixer of battery is broken due to rusting. So I have to come next day and was promised to be ready in the morning. Next day morning I inquire at 11 am was told car is ready so I came to collect my car. But my bad fixers didn’t came so not fixed. I have to go back and come again at 5 pm.on their call. I paid and then I checked battery and the fixer, my surprise, they change fixer but not bolted so technician again my car to garage to fix the fixer. If I would not have checked myself at the store battery would have been fall apart and would have been paying for other repair. Height of carelessness on part of technician supervisor. Question is do you need loyal customer like me ? You can check my account. Gif bless me not to visit again this place.

Manager Eddie was so wonderful to me. He made sure all the issues that came up with my car got fixed. He provided great communication throughout the entire process. I appreciated his kindness and urgency to resolve all issues and although there were some delays, I was pleased with the service across the board. I recommend this place, specially manager Eddie to anyone who needs QUALITY work done. Thank you Eddie!

Great people and the reasonable price. Their customers service is great. Mr. McQuade Martin thanks for the great service. I got four new tires in a hurry on my way to NYC, they made it happen. I got a flat and they recommended me to get new tires. They did a absolutely wonderful job in the limited time I had. Thanks again.
