We just moved into the Apartments at Aberdeen Station on Saturday. I cannot say enough about Arianna in the office. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and not to mention, patient! I had been in contact for quite a while with her to find an apartment at the appropriate timing and she worked diligently with me and assisted me when needed. She always answered emails in a timely manner. We absolutely love our apartment and the community has been extremely friendly so far.

This is my fourth year living here and I absolutely love this place. Lovely apartments and the close proximity to the station, grocery, beaches and state parks is a big advantage. The management is very understanding and efficient. The maintenance team, especially Rob, is super helpful and has a quick response time. I’d definitely recommend to rent here if you are looking for renting an apartment.

I’ve been living here for a while now and saw a huge change in the management. Before parking was horrible and the concierge room was always a mess. I would wait weeks for a work order to get done. I don’t know what they did but now everything is so much better, the girl Adrianna at the front desk is so sweet and helpful and really listen and gets things done! Parking is finally under control and maintenance has improved dramatically I am happy I renewed my lease and recommend everyone come here!
