I ordered a rainbow cookie cake (rainbow cookies on the outside, vanilla cake with cannoli cream inside) for my friend’s birthday. The bakery added the roses and it came out so beautifully. And it tasted even better. I’m from Staten Island so I’m spoiled when it comes to bakeries… Abbate more than holds their own against any bakery on Staten Island. My new go to bakery in Jersey.

Baked goods are good. Only gave 3 stars because of the limited hours. Several times I've went and found the door locked. Got here at 420 today and they closed at 4pm. Should stay open to at least 5pm in my opinion.

The cookies are the best! Even though I moved to another area of the state, the bakery has a delivery service second to none . The vanilla biscuits are the best that I ever had and their prices are very reasonable for the quality. I just ordered the rustic sourdough bread from their new ovens and it is comparable to the best NYC bakeries.

Great experience. My brother ordered my daughters baptism cake from here and we loved it. So we came back to get my daughters first birthday Minnie Mouse cake. Outstanding job.
