Sad to see the service in the “dine in” area. I used to be greeted within minutes of sitting down. After giving them ample time and then watching 3 girls stand behind the counter doing nothing, I had to ask them for service. The server finally came and made me feel like I was a bother to her. Food was fine (minus 1 egg being fried when asked for over easy) but the server would never know because she never came back to me during my entire meal. After waiting about 10 minutes after finishing, I had to go up to the counter and ask for my check. I still tipped generously (because that’s how I was raised) but it wasn’t deserved.

I ordered the jalapeno cheddar cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel. We got three of these and I am sorry to say that they were absolutely terrible. I'm not sure what kind of cheddar cheese they added into the cream cheese, but it tasted like yellow American cheese. Slices. Cut up and mixed. I had to spend 10 minutes at home to try to fix the flavor and salvage them into something comestible. The cream cheese had such a small amount of jalapenos mixed in but I had to fix them at home by adding a layer as you can see. They had only two saving graces, one that they use fresh jalapenos and two, the coffee, which is pretty good.

Absolutely love this place! The bagels are soft, fresh and unlike other places they both last soft and delicious for days And are very large in comparison to a lot of other places trying to cut corners with their bagel sizes. Their menu is diverse and trying both breakfast and lunch options I've yet to find a bad dish. The prices of some extra additions may be high depending on the topping, but I can also see why with rising food costs and supply chain issues. Definitely try this place, even if it's just a couple bagels to start. I cannot praise this place enough for maintaining quality, quantity and deliciousness!
