Went for oil change and oil change access door was missing. Service manager said maybe I bottomed out. Door is screwed on and threads are intact and I know I didn't bottom out. Didn't offer to replace. I cancelled my service contract, wheel and tire replacement contract also. I will feel better doing the service myself.
