Constantly delivering the wrong mail, mine gets lost, shoving items in the box that don't fit and can't get out from the front side. When you complain they're rude and do nothing. Have been reported multiple times by multiple people and no change.

This is an excellent example of a company that proved its loyalty to a customer...(me). Almost a month ago, I was mailing a package to My aunt in Maine. I went on a Wednesday afternoon before work & the lady told me that the package would reach its final destination on that Friday. 24 hours later, on Thursday, my aunt sent me a picture of the jewelry that I had mailed the other day prior. I was quite surprised that the package got delivered so quickly and arrived one day early. I’ll definitely be sending out more mail through the Laconia post office. Very impressive delivery service!!!!

Least reliable delivery out there, if I could leave a negative star rating I'd do that. My carrier seems to do everything possible to not have to deliver my mail. From citing "no access" on a freshly plowed driveway, to my couch potato indoor dog who cant be bothered to get up and eat, nevermind harass the mailman. Gone in and complained and they dont care. Wish I could be absolute trash at my job and have nothing happen, you guys hiring?!
