Pretty nice vibe with a massive bar. I didn’t like the ribs so I wouldn’t recommend those but the burger was delicious and so was the French onion soup and the drinks. There was also a big parking lot which is always a bonus.

I had gotten chicken franchise for 20someodd $. I had come with 1 small piece of chicken and a huge thing of pasta. Food was terrible. Worst franchise I've ever had. My wife ordered a chicken Cesar salad had about 3bites and got rid of it. Chicken was dry and had zero flavor. I definitely will not be ordering from there again. I spent over 80$ in Total and ate about 5$ worth of food. Perogies were ok at best. I did eat them

Poor service indeed. They made us wait 20 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) I was standing to be seated with my elderly she's 80 years of age, but they never came to seat us.. till we finally had enough, left and went to Tommy's Brew & Tavern instead, where they treat their patrons with respect. Also, from a previous time we ate there, Chapter House food is not that great anymore, food is getting worse, greasy as a cheap diner, so in a sense they did us a favor not to seat us 'cause we went to Tommy's instead where their food is always good and consistent quality service. Sadly Chapter House is going down hill.

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. First off, I called ahead of time to ask how many wings come in a single order, which they should have told me for both bone-in and boneless, but they only told me for bone-in, not clarifying anything. I call them back to place the order for 3 single orders of boneless wings and a side of seasoned fries. They told me 20 minutes. I show up and the bartender tells me that I didn’t clarify how many wings I wanted… I was a bit confused because they told me 8 wings per order over the phone. She said that there are only 4 boneless wings per order… so I then had to order double because four wings for dinner is not a enough. Never apologized for telling the wrong information and instead blamed it on me. Bill comes to $92.16 for 24 BONELESS WINGS AND A SIDE OF FRIES!... Get home to eat and the “boneless wings” aren’t even edible. Extremely tough and dried out completely. The fries were not seasoned and were instead soggy as all hell… They gave a container full of blue cheese dressing and celery, which was kind, until you bit a piece of celery and you realized it was old… extremely disgusted with the Chapter House in Howell, NJ and you should be ashamed of charging someone $26.98 for 8 boneless wings! I think giving this place a one star review is generous of me. I will never come back to this location nor tell anyone to come there again.
