I had a very good experience at METRO WEST AUTO SALES. The girl who works the front desk, YANA, was very helpful and pleasant. She answered all my my questions and got the sale done fast and easy. I had a few minor issues that needed to be looked at after the sale. A man named JIM was very helpful to get the issues straightened out very quickly. All in all I would recommend buying a car from METRO WEST AUTO SALES! i came all the way from Springfield MA. Thanks for a great experience! Rob the Leprechaun.

Junk. I bought a car here a little over a year ago. The car broke down less than a week after driving it off the lot. I've spent over $4000 in repairs to date and am now trying to get rid of it. Once they get your money, they're done with you. Make sure to get an inspection done with your own mechanic and avoid this dealership if you can.

Hello Khuong, yes please bring the vehicle by today. We are open until 6pm, if you come after hours, there is an orange key drop box by our door. You can leave the keys there and we will take a look first thing in the morning.
