Had an amazing consumer experience at Percy's last week. We needed a new dishwasher, but thought going in to the process that it would take a while to settle on a price, secure delivery, and arrange installation. When I visited the Percy's website, it could not have been easier!! The chat feature was open to answer any questions I had (about dishwasher model, how delivery works, etc. ), and to my pleasant surprise, the general manager of the store (Nick D.) was actually the one performing the chat with me, and gave me his direct number. We thought it would take a couple of weeks to get a new dishwasher delivered and installed, but after speaking with Nick we were not only able to purchase a new Bosch dishwasher at the best price around, but got it delivered and installed by their recommended plumbers THAT SAME DAY. Everything was smooth, easy, and very professional. My wife and I are big fans of Percy's and will likely get all our future appliance there!

Worked with Rick Medeiros to purchase a new fridge and dishwasher. The process was quick and painless. Rick was very knowledgeable of all the appliances and was not pushy towards and brands or specific models. Percy's also had the fridge we wanted in stock ready to go when other big chain stores told me it wouldn't deliver until September. I will definitely return to buy more appliances.

Jeremy and the team at Percy's made replacing our old dishwasher with a new Bosch SHEM63W55N model super easy. Shopping for appliances can be time consuming. Jeremy knows his stuff. He presented several options and at prices that meet or beat the competition. A big bonus is that Percy's had the models in stock - not always the case these days. The Bosch dishwasher replaced an older one that died after 10 years. It's super quiet and has more room - a step from our older model. Dishes and even the plastic items come out dry and no spots. Highly recommend it.

Percy’s has always been our “go to” place to purchase appliances. They never fail us. We knew we wanted a Bosch dishwasher and they had a large selection to choose from. Within days it was delivered by their plumber and installed by two very knowledgable workers from Gabrielle Plumbing. They were her for about 1 1/2 hrs and removed the old dishwasher and installed the new Bosch. Thank you for making this experience so easy.
