The staff was rude and lazy. When I asked for help, the cashier paged someone for assistance, no one came so he yelled through the entire store.. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come from the back, while the cashier played on his cell phone. When the girl finally came from the back I asked if she could get me something and she said she didn't really want to, but she would. Which was nice if her, since that's part of her job description 🙄

Called asking whether they had female guinea pigs available for purchase. They confirmed they had a variety. Drove 30 minutes, and the moment I arrived they said they hadn't had any in. Customer service person I spoke with clearly didn't even take the 10 seconds to check that would have saved me an hour of driving.

Jodie is the absolute best. I would call this store & get advice from her before I’d call some vets for advice. She was transparent, knowledgeable & has a great attitude. She goes above and beyond every time I speak to her. Thank you Jodie (from me & Lily!)
