Went to see an M4 competition they had, met with the sales person (very nice guy) and went for a test drive. Upon returning to the dealership the wife and I decided to move forward with the deal. Went over numbers and all that good stuff and asked for it to be submitted to the bank. They submitted to the bank, I got a call from the finance guy and told me everything was all set but needed some docs to fulfill the stipulations. We went ahead and provided those documents. Then all of the sudden the finance manager had the sales person shoot me a text and tell me that they had it approved but bmw didn’t want to sell me the car. They wouldn’t give me a reason why, so I went ahead and called the general manager and explained the situation. I get a call back from him and he says that I have too many car loans paid off in the last 6 months and accused me without proof saying I’m shipping cars out of the country (which I’m not). I asked if I could provide documentation proving that the cars have been either sold or traded in to local dealerships so we can get the deal through and he simply said “at this point it doesn’t matter we don’t sell our cars to shippers.” And hung up the phone on my face. We were shocked because we never had an experience like this. I guess you can’t have a “bunch” of auto loans paid off within a certain period of time because then they just classify you as a shipper. Apparently it’s wrong to be a car head and switch in between cars often.

Wonderful Experience…!! Ordered a 2022 BMW 330e xdrive Msport(Sunset Orange) in Dec 2021 and the team did a wonderful job by handling all the paperwork and following up throughout the delivery. Delivery was smooth and subtle with a bit of surprise. Will suggest this dealership if you need the best deals for BMW.
