Rude and unaware of their own regulations in the post office. A worker even became rude, flipped off a citizen and called the cops for a having a camera (which although it may not be common, it is the citizens right to film/photograph in public areas- including the lobby per the post office’s own regulations called Poster 7). And if you read other reviews it seems residents of the town often have issues with this post office or it’s employees as well.

Awful treatment of a person with a camera. They are not even aware of postal regulations and seemed so offended by harmless activity simply because they do not like it! Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Use an alternative shipment provider. It will be worth it in my opinion. Package shipped and returned to the post office. Automated line told me to go to one site to pick up. On arrival they told me that was incorrect and to go to Hudson. Hudson tracking then told me to pick it up at Hudson office. Hudson office said they didn't have it. They determined it was likely returned to sender. No compensation, apologies, or accountability from them. Asking why there systems list wrong information, why I was not notified, how does the driver support his claim of returned to office due to customer request resulted in a very weak system in my opinion. Asked how will they prevent this moving forward, they responded they would send an email. Then placed me on hold. I hung up. My comprehension was customer service wants you off the phone not to address the issue or entice you to be a repeat customer through proper resolution. My mailbox is to small for most packages and other carriers leave them at the door. Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option.

I paid for EXPRESS service for two Christmas gifts and they went from Nashua to Manchester to Hudson to Nashua and now back to Hudson. It took less time to get to NH from TX than it has to get up here and ping-ponged around. Oh, and I haven't gotten ANY mail for two days. Today my paycheck is supposed to be here and it's 12/23. I'm about to drive there and demand my mail in person. This isn't the first time they've dropped their balls.
