Thank you Heather and Prestige Volkswagen for your OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!! I came in to have a low tire warning light looked at and to have a battery replaced in one of our key faubs. I waited for about 30 minutes .....Heather came to the waiting area to get me saying my car was ready .... When I asked her how much I owed them, she said it's all taken care of, No Charge! So I go out to my car and to my complete surprise, my car was cleaned inside and out! Now .... That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have been coming to Prestige VW for ?ever? 12, 13, 14 years maybe. I love VW brand and have always had luck with each one. I started with a Passat Wagon, then CC, then Tiguan, Jetta, and back to Tiguan again. We also bought my daughter a VW Passat because I love the brand and knew we would be taken care of at Prestige. I have never reviewed them, but feel it is necessary at this time. We had an incident here in August that was stressful, and just bad timing....(daughter starting college etc). It was a very uncomfortable situation for all involved but in the end, and after a little communication, and with the help of the GM, I am glad we stuck with them. We went in today for an issue that another shop caused (away at school for our daughter), and they took a look for us and found the issue and offered to assist us in making this "better". I made a purchase and a lease from them as well, and although my salesperson retired, I would work with them again. There were not issues with purchasing in the past. I would recommend them. Some notable people that have hung around for a long time would be Heather in service, Angel in customer service, and Kristi and Alicia, and of course Mr. Dobbs. I would definitely try them out if you are in the market for a VW or for service.
