Chris (owner) is so helpful. A plethora of knowledge! If he doesn't have something you are looking for he'll do his best to either get it or suggest an alternative. I'm not someone who is adventurous with food, and by no means someone who can spend a lot on "specialty items" just to try something different. Chris is very accommodating and always willing to back up purchases. Because of this I've tried new things that I never thought I would like (tofu!). His sandwich board messages outside the store are hilarious! Thanks Chris for introducing this junk food junkie to "the light"!

health matters is a staple of the downtown amesbury community. both Chris and Rain are friendly and helpful. i love stopping in for a kombucha and snack midday. they carry honey mamas which are the most delicious vegan treat. can’t wait to see their new space.
