Keene Medical handles our CPAP machine and supplies. Their training session for equipment use was very informative and they handle coordinating how often supplies can be reordered based on Medicare restrictions. So easy to let them handle all that for us! Would highly recommend them! We took out the extended service plan and were very happy that we did. We've had the machine for about 2 years when the humidity heating system stopped working well. We brought it in to Concord office and within a few weeks we had a new cpap machine sent directly to our house! Would highly recommend getting the extended service plan. It was no hassle at all to get replacement!

I use this vendor for my CPAP supplies. Ever time I order, it’s a new experience. Sometimes they nail it. Other times they are way off the mark. Consistency is not their strong suit. I had to return my order this last time because the wrong item was shipped. I visited the store in person to correct the problem. They were attentive and the new item was received within a week. Great. I really wish they could have done this the first time so I did not have to make a special trip to their store. The issue seems to be each time I am eligible to order new supplies, it’s like I am doing it for the first time. I have been a customer for over 2 years now. After this last order mistake, I am considering finding a new supplier. It’s really frustrating placing an order and wondering what will get missed or mixed up this time.

To date, I am very happy with my experience. I had been working with another company with little to no progress over 3 months in getting a machine, which was delayed primarily due to poor communication on their part with my insurance company. Keene Medical had me set up with a machine within weeks. Thank you!!

On March 22nd, my wife suddenly decided to attend to some business in Concord. Her destination was close to Keene Medical, so I decided to tag along and drop by Keene, even though it was too late to make an appointment. Although this was taking a chance, hoping to get my CPAP checked and getting some advice, I dropped in unannounced. I would have understood if I could not have gotten any service at all but I was pleasantly surprised not only by the graciousness of all the staff present but by Service Rep Kelly taking time from what she was working on to test my machine. Not only testing it, but also imparting some good advice on its use. I recommend Keene Medical very highly for many years of good service, kindness and expertise. . . and especially Kelly for her help and advice, going above and beyond--she even cleaned my machine!
