Very disappointed. We have had nothing but issues and seemingly nonstop repairs since we brought our truck in for PM and minor service. The service advisor had horrible communication and lied about things that were simply forgotten. Due to the lack of integrity, it is hard to have trust in the services that were provided and even more so in what they were recommending. We ultimately removed the truck and brought it to a different location.

Hello! Thanks for the question! Per the City of Concord, NH masks are required to enter our buildings. If you don’t have a mask on you, we provide them at our reception desk, as well as our parts and service counters. Additionally, you will see hand sanitizer just about anywhere you walk in the building. Our employees are asked to ‘mask up’ when they are not within the confines of their own office/work space. Each morning, our Service Manager wipes down and sanitizes all door knobs, touch points, and any other area which may be touched by more than one person. We also have acrylic panels at each counter separating our employees from our customers to cut down on any possible airborne contact. Also, if we need to work inside the cab of a customer’s truck, we have battery powered sanitizers which we will use to spray the cab down after we are finished working on the truck. Hi Robert, We do not have a DPF cleaner at our location in Concord. That said, we do have one in our Burlington, VT location, as well as our South Portland, ME location. We work with them regularly to get DPF's in the Concord area clean and back to us in a timely manner, using our intercompany shuttle system that runs on a consistent schedule.
