Do not make an online appointment. Employee was not happy when I showed up. His first complaint was that I only booked a one hour time slot. Huh? Website didn't say that I was supposed to book more than one time slot. How would you know how many hours to book, anyway? I also wasn't impressed with his driving a customer's car with the hood up.

Got my tires changed in 2 hours. I didn’t make an appointment and just walked in so that’s pretty good to me. Waiting area could be a little better!

I was impressed and happy with my experience in this location. From making the appointment over the phone to waiting in the store while I waited for my vehicle, everyone I came across was friendly and professional. I especially want to give my thanks to the technician (didn't get his name) who worked on my car. When he was working on my tire, he initially didn't find where it was leaking and even stated how he wasn't going to charge me. We reexamined it one more time and finally found the nail that was embedded. Afterwards, he went about patching it up and I was out of there within 20 minutes. In the grand scheme of things it sounded miniscule, but as a customer I greatly appreciated his honesty. His ethics goes a long way for me. Thank you!

Very disappointing. You would think that a tire shop would take care of the wheels on a vehicle when mounting and unmounting a tire. I went to Firestone last week to get a hole patched in my tire. Didn't check the wheel till a day later (thinking I didn't need to because they are professionals) then noticed multiple scrapes on the wheel, not to mention that the valve stem cap was lost and some generic cap was put back on. Granted its just a cap but it's the principle.

Most customers are masked up, not all. All employees are masked up. All waiting area seating is socially distanced.
