I recently got highlights, asked for chocolate brown highlights , instead I ended up with caramel/gold highlights , I went back to solan to correct it , final results still wasn’t chocolate brown so I waited two weeks before I did anything to my hair. My first stop was sally beauty, I’m so glad I went there because the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The young lady that helped me along with another female employee ( possibly the manager ) were both great. I have finally the chocolate brown highlights I wanted. Thanks guys, keep up the good job , these ladies knew exactly what I needed !!!!
