Not bad, but for the price of 2 meals. Not family friendly prices. Definitely changed something in how food is perhaps as well.

Today I ordered the chicken with white gravy. The gravy so watery it ran off the chicken like spicy milk. The manager tried to convince me that's how it's supposed to be. I told him to look at the picture. Now look at my order. I requested him to take it back and I'll just have the 1/4 rotisserie chicken. That was even worse. It was overcooked as if it were left over from yesterday. It was very evident the manager does not care about the quality of food he is serving. No one is expecting a Michelin experience. However if I wanted leftovers I would have eaten at home. Needless to say I threw my lunch away and told him keep thev$15 I spent. He lost a customer... and with this service he will need that money more than I do

Let me start off by saying I’m only doing this because someone is going to get very sick. I went in there first of all no rotisserie chicken so we had to settle for the fried chicken. 2 dinners that looked like a high school lunch was 30 dollars. One tiny piece of chicken and two table spoons of sides. That’s not the worst part. The mac & cheese was sour and chicken was very off. I immediately got very sick and shortly after my girlfriend as well . Sides looked like they have been sitting out for 2 days. Stay away from this place you will get food poisoning !!!!

on 11/29 my credit card was charged twice for Thanksgiving meal pick up order. I called and spoke to manager but have not received a call back. What is next step to rectify this problem?

Contact credit card company, dispute the charge. You have to protect your rights, do it online or written, not a call.
