Upon arrival for my dogs scheduled appointment, assistant #1 came out and claimed that "someone had called on my (dogs owner) behalf to cancel my dogs appointment". I told them there must be a mistake, the assistant tried to argue with me and insisted an older woman called, leaving a voice-mail stating my dogs name and her the reason why we had her appointment... I have no family in the area, so I knew it was a blatant lie. Assistant #1 proceeds to slip and inform me that Assistant #2 (who lives above the Calais Clinic) had an "emergency" with her dog, and my dog was bumped off the schedule... with no phone call to even notify me, so I drove an hour to get there only to be turned away. & given a "reschedule date" over a month later... my dog did not make it a month. Can't help but wonder if I had received professional attention if she would have. Take your pets ANYWHERE else.

Veterinarian & support staff are wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and supportive. Just wish they they were open more often. Very grateful for their care🙏🙏🙏

Great first time experience at this Vet clinic. Dr. Dewar was great with both my dogs. The vet techs and ladies up front were awesome and I found it reasonable when I went to pay for the visit.
