My husband and I have been members for a while now and we each get monthly massages. Honestly, I look forward to a great experience every time. Ambiance, decor, lighting, staff; it all makes for a very relaxing experience. I have had the same masseuse for a year now and I make sure to book in advance (weekends are especially tough to schedule). When I want to splurge, I book a longer session or hot stones (for extra $ of course) and it's never a problem. Regular treatment has vastly improved my chronic issues.

Honestly, for a massage experience this was super stressful. I called to make an appointment and was told I needed to put a $45 deposit down, no big deal I get that. I let them know that I would be paying with a gift card and asked how that worked. They said I would either be refunded the deposit or could put it toward the gratuity, again cool no problem. I arrived and they let you know 5 before and 5 after are for changing, no big except my massage didn't start until 7 after and ended 7 before. 4 minutes doesn't seem like a lot but it is when your already working off of 50 minutes. Massage was well done and catered to my needs but when I was done I went to pay with the gift card and was told that the gift card I had was not to their location. This was super frustrating as I told them over the phone AND when I arrived that I was using a gift card and no one mentioned that they are location specific. The manager said they would give me the introductory rate to make up for the lack of communication which, at this point, I just wanted to pay and leave. When I checked my bank account I was over charged by $36. I called today and they are working on refunding me the $36 that was over charged. Massages should be relaxing and the process around this massage was anything but.
