My overall experience at Crossroads was excellent. Ivan took really good care of me. After the sale, I had numerous management staff come thank me. I have purchased many vehicles and never had the staff so thankful. That means quite a bit to me. The only downside is the paint sealant they put on the vehicle prior to the sale. I prefer to use my own.

Where do I start I buy a lot of vehicles probably average 1 or 2 a year. My point is I’ve NEVER had such a smooth, POLITE, professional and friendly experience like this place!! I’ve been a Chevy guy for my cars before this experience. But might have to look into a Mustang GT 500?? Whatever I buy next I will call SAM at Crossroads Ford in Fuquay FIRST! The only way I can describe it was like they were very personable like old school no headaches and no DRAMA!! Keep up the good work guys!
