Had my mower for over 8 weeks, never gave me a loaner until I had to beg in person for one and I got it for 24 hours. Never even let me know when my mower came back in.

Understaffed and very slow. If there is someone if front of you, don't even try. Waited for 30 minutes while someone in front of me was trying to rent a lawn mower. I simply wanted to know if they had a chipper / shredder. After 30 minutes another employee got back from lunch. His response to my question was that someone else thought they needed it more than Home Depot (meaning the only one they had was stolen). What a waste of my time.

Don't Blink

Having rental properties to maintain, I buy a fair amount from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. The day crew at the Fuquay Home Depot knows me and is usually helpful. Still, the lumber is sub-par so if I need anything other than a few pieces I skip this location. Even the other Home depots have better quality lumber. Maybe because they have to compete with other stores in their area - but that is just a guess. The best advice I can give is, don't go after 4:00 pm the night crew is something else - slack doesn't even begin to describe it!
