THEY LEFT A FOOTLONG CROWBAR UNDER THE HOOD ON MY RADIATOR. Went in for a State Inspection, didn't pull the car into a bay until after the scheduled time. Annoying but it happens. I leave without issue. Come to find out a week and a half later when I went to clean my engine bay that they left a crowbar in there. Just loosely sitting. Real glad I didn't take any turns too sharply within that time. Wouldn't go back if my life depended on it. Pure negligence.

I had new tires and brakes put on my F150. The staff is attentive and pleasant to work with. The service was performed quickly and ready on time. The pickup was clean when I picked it up. They had a competitive price but I found another shop that was a bit lower. They matched the quote. I like using them because they are next to Marketbasket and I can walk over to do some shopping or have lunch while service is being done.

Stopped by to ask about couple missing lug nuts on my tires, Mike was very helpful, offered to put them on and re-torque for free! Wow! Very pleasant experience , will be definitely back for regular car service. Highly recommend!

Hi Joseph, we're happy to recycle your used motor oil for free (up to 12 qts per visit!) at any of our VIP locations. As for the used brake rotors, we don't typically take those as we don't have a recycling program for the public with them. Any scrape yard will give you some money for them and you can also check with your local dump or transfer station to see if you can recycle them for free with your town.
